The Family Law Centre Fraser Coast is a joint initiative of Gayler Legal and Milburns Law.
The Principals of Gayler Legal – Don Gayler and Milburns Law – Lesley Powell are both senior and experienced lawyers. Together, they made the decision to form the Family Law Centre Fraser Coast.
They have seen the need for a collaborative approach to resolving family matters. Their focus is to limit the emotional and financial hurt which so often is part of the cost of the breakdown of relationships. The Family Law Centre Fraser Coast offers you another choice to squaring off in Family Court.
If you and your partner are going through a rough patch and it looks like your relationship will not survive, then you need to take stock now – you need to consider what the future holds for you, your partner and your family.
You might not yet be at the crossroads, but planning for the worst is often something that proves helpful in such circumstances. Most couples don’t plan to separate nor do they budget for such an outcome.
